Registration for the Densho Digital Archive is free -- simply select a method and follow the steps below. If you are a K-12 educator, you are permitted to fill out an agreement for your entire class. Please check the Registration FAQ or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
Step 1 - Complete the on-line application
The Application will launch in a pop-up window. You will need a current, active email address
Step 2 - Receive registration email
We will send you a welcome email message with your username and password in a few days. Each application is approved by a Densho staff member so it will take 1 - 2 business days to create your account. If you have not heard from us in a week, please check to see if the message ended up in your spam filters (sometimes, the welcome message is mistaken as unsolicited email), then contact Densho directly. If you are using a Macintosh with the Safarai internet browser, you may experience problems with the online registration. If this happens, please use the mail/fax registration method.
Step 1 - Download and print the Densho Digital Archive Agreement & Application
The Archive Agreement & Application is an Adobe PDF file. To view and print this file you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can obtain a free reader at the Adobe download website by clicking on the icon below.
Step 2 - Read, fill out and sign the Densho Digital Archive Agreement & Application

your teacher may fill out an application form for your class.
